  Sportsman's Inn is a very nice hotel, with beautiful lake view and a very nice staff. We got a perfect executive suite for a great price. A girl from Oshawa was working at the reception and she told us about her favourite trail at Chikanishing Rd. which is 2 minute drive from the hotel. We caught the sunset and it was stunning even on November 20! Great place, in one of Ontario's best provincial parks.

  Excellent place! The rooms were very nice and kept at an exceptionally high standard. The staff were probably the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. They were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, blazing quick and always went above and beyond. It truly made for a great experience. HIGHLY recommended.
  
  The only negative I can give the Sportsman is the doors to the hotel rooms. They don't close slowly and the doors are quite heavy. If you or someone down the hall enters/exits their room the doors loudly BANG shut. You have to remember to close them slowly yourself or you'll jump.
